Packed for Freshness and Quality
Every order comes packed in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice. All products are portioned by weights, individually wrapped, and have been USDA inspected from the plant and are flash-frozen to lock in the flavor.

Each package includes
Non-perishable items (such as glass jars gift cards and paper gift certificates) are shipped separately from frozen items within the same box.

Due to COVID 19 and shipping restrictions, we will fulfill all orders Monday - Wednesday. Orders placed after 3:00 CST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we want to make sure your order arrives the way it was intended.

Please alert the recipient that a perishable gift is being delivered. The best way to do this is to provide the recipient’s email address during checkout. We’ll let them know when their package is on its way!

We ship to physical street addresses only. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

We ship only to the 50 United States.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an additional $30 per address.

All orders are shipped as “Driver Release,” meaning the package will be delivered to the recipient’s address with no signature required. Packages will be left at any exterior door.
